Mike is an Atlanta native and grew up in real estate. He attended real estate auctions, closings and contract signings from the age of three with his father and grandfather. Previously with Coldwell Banker (formerly Northside Realty), Mike formed Fitzgerald Realty in late 2004 in the West Midtown neighbordhood of Atlanta.
As the managing broker for Fitzgerald Realty, Mike works with each agent to help them provide the highest level of service to our clients. He also recruits and trains new agents and associate brokers.
Mr. Fitzgerald works primarily on marketing undeveloped land in and around Atlanta. His expertise is related to both greenfield development parcels and infill redevelopment. Most notably, he successfully completed the land sale for a new Home Depot store and he assembled six parcels for redevelopment as high density residential in what is now the City of Sandy Springs.
He attended Duluth High School in Gwinnett County Georgia, received his Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering and Minor in Political Science from MIT in 1999. He holds a real estate broker’s license in the State of Georgia.
